WSPR Creative is a video production studio in Stanhope, NJ. In this policy, “we” means WSPR Creative. You can reach us at team@wsprmedia.com or 440.265.4481.

• The contact form: your name, email, phone and company, and what you tell us about your project.
• The venue film form: the venue's name and address, your name, email and phone, your answers, and the photos you send.
• Private project rooms: your email address (to sign you in with a one-time code), your name, and the notes, picks and files you add. We also see when people visit a room.
• Our public pages: how visitors use the site, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see below).
• Like every website, our host keeps basic logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site.

To answer you, make your film, run your project room and the site, and see which pages work. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for ads.

On our public pages, Google Analytics counts visits: which pages are viewed, how people found us, rough location and device. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click, as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see what's working. Anything you type into our forms is hidden from these recordings, and we don't link them to who you are.

Neither one runs on private pages: the project rooms, each venue's private page, or our admin.

• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, on our public pages.
• A sign-in cookie for a project room, and one that remembers a private film's password. Those pages need them to work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and the site works without the analytics ones. Google also has an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google and Microsoft may recognize the same browser on other websites, under their own privacy policies. The site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, since there's no common standard for it.

These services handle information for us, only to do their part:

• Vercel hosts the site and stores the files added to project rooms.
• Upstash runs the database behind the forms and the project rooms.
• Cloudflare serves our images and video.
• Resend sends the site's emails.
• Google runs Analytics, and Google Drive holds the photos venues send.
• Microsoft runs Clarity.
• Vimeo and YouTube play the films hosted with them, under their own privacy policies.

Otherwise, we'd only share your information if the law required us to.

Messages, answers and project files stay as long as we need them for the work and our records. Ask, and we'll delete yours.

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
