Welcome to WSPR Creative! By using our website (www.wsprcreative.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Overview of Services


WSPR Creative provides real estate cinematic video services that transform property photos into high-quality videos. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website.

1. Payments and Pricing

  • Pricing for our services starts at $100 and varies based on the property’s square footage.

  • Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Discounts (e.g., Black Friday offers) are time-limited and subject to availability. Discount codes must be applied at checkout.

 

2. Video Resolution and Delivery

  • Standard videos are delivered in 1080p resolution unless otherwise specified. 4K resolution upgrades are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Videos will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving all necessary materials unless otherwise communicated.

  • If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are only available if a customer requests one within 24 hours and are unhappy with the work provided. 

  • Once video creation has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • One round of revisions is included in the service fee. Additional revisions after 30 minutes can be booked at $100 per hour.

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate property photos and any additional information required for video creation.

  • By submitting materials to us, you confirm that you own or have the right to use those materials.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All videos created by WSPR Creative remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the videos for your real estate marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • WSPR Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable laws.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey/United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey/United States.

9. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.
